A workshop for those struggling with codependency or are in a relationship with someone who is.
Join us for an experiential, small group workshop to help understand codependency and how to connect with others without losing yourself.
Learn what it is, where it comes from, and how it hijacks love.
Join Tara to begin a new journey toward real connection with yourself and others. Codependency isn’t about what wrong with you, it’s about what happened to you.
We connect in ways we were taught and that we believe keep us safe. We often find these ways don’t work for us and we need new options. A different pattern, a different kind of connection.
There is hope! Join us to learn more.

Dispel inaccurate messages about codependency.
